We offer refunds under the following circumstances:

  • Production Errors: If the vanity plate contains an error that was made during our production process, we will provide a full refund or a replacement at no additional cost. product must be returned for inspection

  • Damaged or Defective Products: If your vanity plate arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team right away, including photographs of the damage. We will either refund your purchase or send a replacement, depending on your preference.

❌ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Customer Errors: If the vanity plate contains errors due to incorrect information provided by you during the ordering process.

  • Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want the custom vanity plate after placing the order.

  • Bespoke Nature of the Product: As each plate is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the product is defective or damaged.

🔄 Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please contact us at cvplates@gmail.com and send your item to our address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
